We had a very pleasant stay on a short business trip.

All good — we really enjoyed this good budget hotel — the food was great and the staff were attentive. Magnificent and amazing location in the busy area and it was a bonus to be next to a motorway.

I loved the stay here. The breakfast was savoury and rich, the staff was amicable, the grounds were clean. I stayed in huge, perfect room with an electric kettle, comfy bed and minibar. Its location at a walking distance from a performing arts theater was particularly good and amazing. A convenience shop and a market were right next door...

The location of the hotel was convenient with easy access to the highway and close to the city center. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were friendly and helpful. They provided good recommendations for nearby attractions and gave prompt service.

The room had a strange smell, maybe a mixture of perfume and something unpleasant. The cleanliness was subpar with evident mold in the bathroom, dirty shower cap, and dirty wooden floor.

This place has a great location, close to everything we needed, including supermarkets and shops within walking distance.

This Hotel is more suited to business meetings or conferences. It is large, roomy, has underground garage facilities linked to the main hotel by a lift and is extremely quiet.Unfortunately it is a Hotel from a bygone age and struggles to find passing clientele.Reception and other staff were very helpful and friendly without being over familiar. Apart from this, it was rather splendid to stay in what was obviously a class place. I would have liked to have been able to inspect the yellow Rolls Royce!

No restaurant facilities on Saturday nights - we had to go out (in the rain/thunderstorm) to find a meal on the Saturday evening. Due to humidity, the wallpaper in our bedroom which was the same bedroom that we had stayed in some three weeks previously, was beginning to detach from the wall - Room 101 if you wish to check! Just minor irritations.

The restaurant is really good and the breakfast is huge. Private garage, free wi-fi, comfortable room, very helpful staff.

Personal in restaurant did not speak English language, breakfast is poor and for dinner waiters is absolutely the bed in my life and world. Very unprofessional. And for next host I will change a hotel. Completely group from Serbia were in this hotel. Reason, personal in restaurant, You must ask waiters few times and waiting, waiting, waiting for ham and cheese.

Stepping into the hotel felt like traveling back in time with its old-fashioned charm. The restaurant served delicious food and had impeccable service, making it one of the best in the area. The hotel's unique biscuit mold collection added a quirky touch.

Moldy walls and detachments definitely added a rustic touch to the room.

During my recent stay at a hotel in Saronno, I experienced some truly remarkable improvements that made my stay memorable. the rooms have undergone a significant transformation since my last visit, and I was thoroughly impressed with the upgrades. Additionally, one of the highlights was the availability of underground parking, which was a great convenience for me.

Nothing it is perfect.

The room improvements were mind-blowing since my last stay, and the underground parking was super convenient. The receptionist went above and beyond to ensure I had a twin room. The hotel's proximity to a fantastic supermarket made stocking up on Italian goodies a jaw-dropping experience! The rooms were clean and spacious, offering great value. The included breakfast options were excellent, and the toiletries provided were perfect for a hotel stay. The friendly and accommodating staff allowed us to check in early, and the location was convenient, with the train station and grocery store nearby.
